Club activities include:
• Weekly healing circles focused on open, stigma-free dialogue.
• Creative expression sessions using art, writing, and music as emotional outlets.
• Monthly Breaking Bread lunches that promote connection and belonging.
• Guest workshops with college psychology students and licensed counselors who share expertise and mentorship.
Purpose: To create sustainable, youth-driven communities where mental health is openly discussed, empathy is practiced, and leadership is cultivated.
